Paul and his team were in a word, great! He took the time to explain why a full duct cleaning wasn't required and did so by using his camera scoping tool. He also found and removed a tennis ball in one of my ducts that I had no idea was even there! What really impressed me was even though I was his first appointment of the day of 4, he took the time to show me a duct that he found wasn't fully connected and took the time to try to reconnect it.
I would highly recommend him to family and friends and have already done so.
