We had our ducts and dryer vents cleaned today. Very well done with excellent explanations. Really appreciated the comment that should have the ducts cleaned every 5 yrs not annually.

Having the system cleaned every 5-7 years when done properly to begin with is what most people may do. If people do it sooner, that's up to their own doing, but it should be checked out to make sure cleaning is needed if sooner than that.
