Our family was very impressed and happy with the duct cleaning service provided by Steve and Mat recently. They were punctual, courteous, and professional while carrying out the job tasks. They understood our concerns and questions at the beginning and took time to explain the workflow and also offered extra tips in maintaining those equipments in our house. The difference between the before and after pictures were striking and we are pleased with improved air quality in the house. Customer service was also consistent from when I first contacted Paul to the offering of after-sale service by Steve and Mat should we need any further assistance.
