I checked out The Duct Cleaning Specialists' website and liked how they are very upfront about costs, having the right equipment, and even taking off their shoes when working in the home.
Paul showed up on time today, showed me what he was going to do and then did it all in a very professional and friendly manner. He also gave me a discount on a sanitation because the job went quickly. Plus, he took off $50 with the October promotion, $10 off for booking online, and gave me a $50 Home Depot gift certificate. Giving the customer a reason to smile is definitely the key to his business. I might even win a PlayStation 3 in their regular draw... something I have been thinking about getting lately...

I just want to note, that the job wasnt done quickly because it was "rushed", it was done because of the system layout, only a few vents throughout the home, and easy access to the main ductwork, incase customers are wondering. A regular home usually takes about 2 1/2 - 3 hours, where Nathan's home, in downtown toronto, was very small, and roughly took no more than 2 hours. As far as the specials go, I like to offer different promotions to attract new customers, as well as our old ones, so good luck with the weekly and monthly draws, and once again, thank you for your business and kind review.
