After reading all the positive reviews for the Duct Cleaning Specialists, I decided to use them for cleaning the vents and ducts of our recently purchased home. I'm so glad I did! Our technician (Mark) was amazing - showed up right on schedule, was very polite and friendly, and didn't stop working until the job was done. He even helped me move a 4 tier shelving unit out of the way so that he could get to the furnace with his cleaning gear, with no complaints about the unexpected extra work. He took pics of the ducts and showed me how clean they were when the job was done. What a difference - the air already seems cleaner!
