Hey Steve, thanks for this feedback. Some houses take longer to do, such as yours, because of the fact that the home was about 80+yrs old, never been done PROPERLY before, and the dust was just caked on the ductwork, it takes time to get the job done properly and thoroughly. Also, having the vents and screwes painted on over and over didnt help, i think it took me about 45 minutes alone to get them all off and sealed LOL. At the end of the day, the job is done properly, your happy, I'm happy, you gave me some extra work to do to add a couple bucks to the invoice, so it all works out and most importantly you will call me back in a couple years to do the work again. I'm not out in business to do customers once, do a poor job, squeeze as much money as I can, and never be heard from again. This is my business, this is my life, I take great pride and enjoy doing it. Thanks again for your business, all the best.

And it just goes to show that no company is perfect, not even mine, because I had to cancel on Laura for a previous appointment, which buggered up her day, so I came out on a Sunday so no more time off work was lost. To come back to fix a small problem, which was just a leak from the hose not in the drain properly, which could have been my fault, took a couple minutes to fix, and I was there to drop off filters so theres no need to charge you extra. Hy Phyllis, thanks for providing some feedback on my company and my service. As you know those interesting magazines which were from 1987, should have been cleaned out of your system as there was 2 cleanings done since that date. Not only that, there were not hook-up access points in the ductwork, so this tells me the companies previously were mickey mouse operations.
