When we decided to find a contractor to finish our basement, we wanted to ensure that the contractor we selected was professional, knowledgable,honest and trustworthy. Natico and his team (Octavio,Hazel,Maurizio) exceeded our expectations from the initial planning stages to the finished basement. They were punctual, very friendly, respective of our property and very flexible to the various changes we requested. Natico provided a lot of excellent suggestions which we would have never thought of. The team worked very hard each day and always cleaned up before they left. We were very impressed with their attention to detail (ie bathroom tiling, painting, dry-walling, framing and trim work). They repositioned pipes and vents in order to create a very clean-look with flat ceilings and walls. Overall, we are very happy with our basement and would definitely use P & P Renovations for other home renovation projects.

Nataniel Jr. and his team are incredible. He completely renovated our kitchen, bathroom and created an office in our basement. Our home is over 50 years old and it had never been renovated. Nataniel tore everything out to the studs and rebuilt from scratch. Before Nataniel, I was looking at buying another home but now, there is no way I am leaving! He was on time, on budget and went above and beyond our expectations in quality, even so far as to make me custom wood trim which he knew was very important to me. I highly recommend this company and I look forward to rehiring Nataniel for any future renovations. Pictures are coming soon.

Nat and his team exceeded my expectations. The whole process was very professional, right from the first appointment - Nat's father was very thorough in assessing the work and I was impressed with his suggestions and ideas on what would work and what wouldn't work for the space. Within a few days he provided me with a detailed, specific contract outlining everything we had discussed and agreed upon and projected (accurately) how long each phase would take. Once on the job the guys were friendly, always very polite, and professional, protecting work areas and cleaning up daily so it wasn't too difficult living in the house while the renovation took place. In the end we are very pleased with the quality and attention to detail - the basement and back hall area are beautiful and friends can't believe what a difference the reno makes and what a great job they did! I also appreciated his fixing little things that were outside of the contract for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend P&P Renovations.

During a busy home reno season, P and P had promptly returned initial calls and met to scope the work when other firms, even those highly rates on this site, simply ignored our requests or forgot to keep appointments. P and P have high customer service standards.

The budget for our basement reno was large for our family budget, $35k+, and Nathanial worked with us on a daily basis to go over specific details, and improve upon initial designs, making us feel comfortable in knowing that our money was being well spent. P and P are extremely reasonable in terms of cost and will stretch every dollar to improve the quality of their work.

From a project management point of view, they were on schedule, on budget and very clean and considerate, even making sure that our dogs stayed out of trouble while we were at work.
