These guys know what they are doing. They looked at the job and estimated it. Did some replacing of the brackets and screws.
They were pretty good at cleaning up after.
Just that they may add a few other services for you and the charges are really not what was quoted.

Pretty good overall but a bit to costly.

We have had T-Rex clean our eaves every year for the past 7 years or so. We have been very satisfied with their work. They are honest, very hardworking, and get the job done right. I really appreciated their opinion and honesty when giving me an estimate. They were totally correct in diagnosing a problem with our downspouts and took the time to look under the back deck to see that the earth was soaking wet under there; the eaves were not draining properly and there was too much water draining in that one spot, plus the eaves were at the wrong angle. I was grateful that they took the time to look into the problem and give me a recommendation, instead of just cleaning the eaves and leaving for the next job. I would highly recommend this company.

Affordable but messy. It was our expectation for a clean yard after the service was complete. Service was friendly and they were punctual but that did not outweigh the mess in our yard.

We recently completed renovations on our home and called T-Rex to come and clean our windows and eaves (they had cleaned prior to our renovation as well) in Spring 2011. The individual cleaning our back bow windows damaged our stucco (brand new). When I called later that day to discuss the damaged stucco, I was initially told by Sami that they would repair damages. Weeks later when it came time to fix the stucco/mouldings, Sami indicated that he didn't feel that they made the damage to our stucco/mouldings. He had a small area repaired but refused to repair the entire area damaged by his worker's ladder. We had to pay another $400 to have it fixed properly. We would never use Sami and T-Rex again (or refer them). Although a nice guy, he doesn't stand by his word.

We called T-Rex expecting to have a quote for a full replacement of our eavestroughs thinking that the leaking that we had was beyond repair. We were very impressed when they told us they could repair the problem without replacing the entire eavestrough saving us a lot of money. The repair they did was excellent but we were more impressed that they were honest enough to tell us we didn't need the initial job we expected, when it would have made them more money. Moreover, the crew they sent was polite, and professional. Would definately use this company again, and recommend them to others.
