Andy was great and made the inspection process very informative and entertaining. Good experience and would highly recommend for anyone getting a home Inspection.

This is the second time we've hired Andy to inspect a century home for us and we are so relieved that we did. This last inspection was a bit more costly as we had him inspect multiple out buildings as well. Both times, he was impressively thorough, consciencious and honest. There isn't a crawl space, roof or attic he wasn't willing to crawl into to ensure we got all the information we needed to make the best educated decisions. A home inspectors job is to provide an honest, detailed holistic view of the property under consideration. Andy does his job with extreme care. He is fastidious and passionate about his trade, taking the time to walk through the entire property with care.

I've been in the home for a few months now. I've come to learn a few disappointing things that I would have hoped the home inspection would have caught. Namely the AC does not work, the heat wasn't flowing well which is related to the fact that the evaporator is toast. This should have been caught.

Andy was very knowledgeable and took the time to teach us what to look for and what needed to repaired in the cottage. He was very quick in responding to enquiries and always followed up with us in our purchase. We were very impressed by his knowledge and are happy to have met Andy!
