South West Roof Restoration & Maintenance

Quote seemed in line with others but offered the best as far as specific items we asked to be added. It's a duroid roof now and it was a cedar shake before. They cleaned up well and seemed well equipped. Only complaint was that the guys didn't all speak English so a couple times I had to find the right guy to go and speak to. They did the job in an extremely timely manner and no problems getting them back or with payment. We found one issue with what they were doing and they fixed right away after speaking to the owner. Seemed to stand behind the work well. Its been a couple years now and no issues to date that I'm aware of. I'm not sure if they made great efforts to follow up but all in all it was a fairly painless event and over rather quickly.
