Max drove out to Pickering where I explained the issues with my network. I had issues with low internet speeds in my townhome, and internet was dropping like crazy. Max advised me of the products to buy, and explained it all to me when he arrived. Great man to talk to, very knowledgeable and friendly. He set everything up, did trial tests of the network around the house and now everything is working at optimal speeds. I would greatly recommend his services to those who want to maximize internet speeds!

Max was the one who responded immediately. He was very personable. He listened intentively to my problems and concerns. He showed real concern. We established a great rapport over the initial phone call.

He asked several intelligent questions and was able to decifer a solution from the I intial phone call.
He made feel very relaxed and confident in his skills.

He cleaned up all the clutter and interference I was experiencing and came up with solutions that were far superior quality than I had originally.
He clearly explained how he worked with payment options that I thought were very reasonable. He truly knows his craft. It didn't take long at all and now I have excellent picture quality and reception on my TVs with high definition quality.

Max needed to set up network to ensure my entire house funnels traffic through a VPN. He was also to check my internet speeds.

Max with System Network Solutions was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the inner workings of how a network functions properly and was able to quickly highlight and fix our problems. We were having major network stability issues with our entertainment devices such as Sonos, 4K streaming, and gaming. He suggested a mesh network solution and was able to program the router and access points correctly so they could work efficiently to maximize performance. He even suggested how to properly upgrade the Bell Internet package to take advantage of even faster upload / download speeds we'd need. He was kind, skillful and very well spoken when communicating the problems. We learned a lot and would highly recommend using them!

Max was very professional in his approach and discussed all aspects of his on-site visit with me. He took the time to show me how the wireless signal varied as we moved through my basement and main floor. Next he showed me step by step how he reprogram my modem and routers. I contacted multiple network administrators and contractors.
They all told me that I had to replace my modems and that their services were going to be 140$ an hour on top of the material costs.
Max fixed my complicated WiFi network checked that all my apps where working and set them to static IPs and even connected the wireless printer in less than 3 hrs and rate was lower than most other companies.

I was impressed with the 10/10 reviews this company received over the year and decided to contact this company to ask them to take a look at the wifi network in my home because my wife was complaining 'dead zones' in the house. Max responded to my inquiry and quickly asked a few questions to narrow down a few possibilities. He also recommended to purchase two wifi routers to improve the overall network performance. We set a date/time and Max showed up promptly and quickly diagnosis a signal issue in the house even though I was using a few power-line adapter/extender. He installed and setup the wifi routers and re-test the signal and they were greatly improved. Max was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He did an awesome for my home's wifi network and I'm sure I will have excellent wifi network from now on. Thanks Max.
