In the past, I have muddled through setting up my home wireless network on my own. I was never certain if I was configuring things in the best possible way, and I didn't know how to fix glitchy performance and wifi "dead zones." When new problems recently arose, I couldn't bear the thought of the hours of effort it would take to try to figure things out again, with no guarantee that I would have a functional network in the end.

What a pleasure then, to have an expert like Max offer his services to homeowners like me. He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry with a phone call. Based on that brief discussion, he suggested appropriate hardware for me to purchase. Once here, he was efficient and personable as he worked through the various issues. He diagnosed an unusual problem with my Rogers issued modem/router and was able to work around that problem to configure and connect 2 new routers that now provide coverage throughout my home. He was happy to have me watch and learn (in doing so, I learned about mistakes I had made when I set up the network on my own!)

Thanks to Max, I now have a network that is stable and works flawlessly throughout the house and into our backyard. My only regret is that I didn't hire him years ago.

Max was very thorough and knowledgable. He was able to create a single SSID and triple my network speed with an Asus router and repeater after many failed attempts and bandaid solutions suggested by Rogers and their field techs.

I tried everything to make my wifi in my home work. Without Max, I would not have been aware my Rogers modem was faulty. Max assessed the situation, recommended equipment to be installed (which I purchased) and within 2 hours had modified my network and I have VERY strong WiFi throughout my home.

Max is a genius!

No one, and i mean no one could get our internet working on all three floors of our home due to the location of our Rogers Modem ... except Max at System Network Solutions.

He comes on time, keeps you informed of progress and is immediately responsive to emails.

Our home network was not working out for us for quite some time. We had reached out to our ISP, purchased other hardware and thought this was the best it could be without having to do a reno and new wiring in the house (which was not in our plans right now).
With both the husband and I working from home a lot, we were very frustrated with frequent disconnections and general connectivity in the basement and other parts of our home.
I reached out to Max after reading reviews on this site. He responded quickly and we had a phone call to assess the issues and what hardware we needed. He provided me with a shopping list of things (and offered to get them himself, with no markup to the hardware cost) and scheduled a date for him to come by. Max arrived and assessed the network set-up, decided which of the new hardware items were necessary for us and thoroughly tested everything once complete. We are so happy - we have had this new set-up resulting from Max's expertise for over a week and absolutely no problems at all. I have hired SNS to replace my homemade network with a simpler one that would provide signal in some of the deadzones I have (basement , backyard) and fix the signal drops that I had because of my homemade setup.
Max came was very pleasasnt to deal with on the phone. We had a long chat, he asked the right questions , recommend me some parts to purchase mysell (that he wouldn't have to charge me for this) and came on time at my place to install them. He finished on time with a brand new network that now works up to my expectations. He was very pleasant to deal with , great guy with lots of experience. This is a side job for him, his main job in in IT and networks aas well. He is totally trust able and open to follow up questions and support. I will never hesitate using SNS again , although now that I have this network and that he left me with notes on how to update it by myself if it comes to it, it seems that I won't need such services anymore.
If you have a house with lots of storeys and are struggling with signal strength or unreliable connection, do not hesitate calling Max.

Max is responsive and reliable, and his work is excellent and thorough. He initially re-configured our home network, then returned months later when we had a self-inflicted glitch. I would recommend him very highly.

For years we were plagued with dead zones and interrupted connectivity throughout our house. After spending 30 minutes with me on the phone, Max showed-up with exactly the right equipment on a day and time convenient for me and fixed all of our issues in little more than an hour. We're now giving-up cable and an unnecessarily powerful Internet provider service which will quickly cover the cost of Max and the new routing equipment. He's professional,
knowledgable and efficient. I don't like to give '10's' because it seems unlikely, but not here.
