Alarm Upgrade & Great Service Support
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I had my alarm system upgraded in 2011 by New Age Security, from my former well known large security company. It was very tedious to get in contact with someone knowledgeable enough to help me, as a result I was not satisfied with their level of service.
My alarm system went off yesterday and a New Age representative was on the phone with me within 10 seconds; what a change from my previous company!
I also had a trouble light on my system because my phone line went down, so I called into the service department and was assisted by Manny the service manager. I found Manny to be very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the issue on my system right away.
We are very happy with New Age Security and would recommend them to anyone.
