While the technician Andrew was prompt, efficient, and friendly, I feel as though the cost was highly inflated and took advantage of the situation. $511.00 for a 40 minute repair of a 30.00 part is incredibly steep. I'm very disappointed that I was referred to this company and told prices were lower than average. The same repair last year cost me under 150.00 and the plumber lent us a turbo fan to dry out the damaged floor. I still have to repair the hole in the wall and replace my floors after the new repair. Last time the plumber didn't have to cut up my walls, he used the access panel. The call centre should give a rough estimate if a client knows ahead of time what the repair might cost. I can't say this experience would lead me to call again
