I called Dr. Locksmith after my front door double-sided deadbolt broke. The key was just spinning in the outside lock without engaging the deadbolt. Expecting that I could make an appointment for him to come later in the week, I was surprised when he told me he could fix it that same evening.
The good doctor is a very pleasant gentleman who called to let me know that he was running late. He was happy to discuss different options with me and I ultimately decided on installing a new lock. This took about an hour and the new lock looks better than my old one. I'm very happy with the speed and quality of Dr. Locksmith's service.

- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- You could probably go to Home Depot, buy a new lock and install it yourself in a couple of hours. Watching the new lock being installed, it only took a screwdriver to do. Very easy.
