We just had Ron and Will service our kitchen sink.
I cannot express how amazing these guys are. They were polite, knowledgeable and outright nice guys.

When our kitchen sink started clogging up, we called Sureflow for an appointment. We got one the same day and Ron came in to assess and provided a couple of options. Before the call I first tried doing it myself and somehow got the snake machine stuck, that’s when I called the pros. Ron opened it up and was able to remove it for me and did the snake plus the hydro jetting. he did an amazing job and got it cleared up in no time. He also recommended to adjust the pipes in the basement and was able to do it right away. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him and Sureflow to my friends and colleagues.

Clogged drain in the kitchen sink, then discovered a broken connection joining the sink to the drain pipe. Called SureFlow and made an appointment. Ron arrived right on time, and was professional, courteous knowledgeable and friendly. He was thorough in his examination of the issue, gave us options for the repair and explained the pros and cons to each. We agreed to the quote and he got right to work. Ron did an excellent job on the repair, the work was neat and he left our home as clean, if not cleaner, than when he arrived. I'll definitely call Sureflow for any future plumbing needs.

Called in the morning and they came the same day to fix the leak. Rian did a great job. He and Nick were very polite, tidy and worked well. I would recommend Sure Flow Plumbing.

What a crazy day!! Thank you to Ron for coming back and John/Giovanni to save us a second time! After Ron had declogged our toilet, later that night we noticed water dripping right down to the basement from what looked like the same place as we just had fixed. Called them back to inform them that there was a leakage issue and they were able to come and figure out the problem. Weird coincidence that there was a pipe issue too! Thank you Ron for coming back to verify his work, which shows me that they take accountability for their job. John was great as well and they quickly figured out the problem and was able to fix it! Amazing and still pleasant to deal with even after a long day! Thank you!

Ryan and Nick were polite and neat and on time. They explained costs after assessment of flusher and draining. The $320 cost for the first drain plus $150 for each other one needing it came as a surprise and too costly for our budget. We proceeded with the toilet repair and Ryan efficiently fixed the flusher and the cost was included in the $69 initial service charge. Paid $77.97

On Friday night the drain pipe under our kitchen sink began to leak. I called Sureflow, and on Saturday, Rian came in and replaced our aging, corroded pipes very quickly. He was polite, friendly, explained exactly what needed to be done, and did fine, professional work. I highly recommend Sureflow, and Rian.

We had an issue in our basement with the drain overflowing which was a result of blocked main drain. Called and interacted with Nikki who was very helpful, asked us questions and helped us with what would happen next. We got a notification that a team was on the way minutes after the initial call.
Giovanni and Juarez were courteous, wore appropriate covid ppe and wore shoe coverings and were very careful in keeping mess minimal. Assessed the issue and laid down the services and costs so we could accept or decline.
There were some hiccups and unforeseen issues in our case but they did their best to help us and go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied and have a clear picture of what was going on. This was our first time needing plumbing services and I can see why Sureflow was at the top when searching for one.
Our family was very appreciative of their fair and honest service with unblocking our main drain. High marks all around. Thanks!

Niki was very quick to respond to my request for service, and explain the process and costing. John and Juarez showed up on time, and got the job done well and quickly. As a female, they were respectful, didn’t talk down to me, and clearly explained what they were doing and why. I can’t comment on how their pricing compares, I didn’t get other quotes. Would highly recommend.

We had an emergency issue with Malfunction Sewage Pump. After a few “wild West” offers from other services, we finally and randomly contacted SUREFLOW. They provided us with incredibly competitive estimate for service work, what we accepted immediately. The crew (Ryan & Brandon) arrived JIT and confirmed proposed estimate without any further cost. They removed malfunction pump without dropping a dirty stuff on surroundings, they installed the new one, they tested it, they cleaned …and we get problem solved in matter of an hour, after 10 hours of ordeal with other similar services. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED these guys!
