Maple Carpet Care installed gorgeous carpets on our steps. They perfectly covered up old wood steps and offered really nice modern design options. We're very happy with the results and will be using them again.

Approximately two years ago this company installed a stairway carpet runner. Over time owing to pet damage, we required a portion of this carpet be removed. Haneef and his worker were simply "unable to do the job"! This was extremely disappointing. Buyer beware. They use huge staples and place them directly into the hardwood floor. Don't get this company to install a runner unless you plan to never remove it. Your hardwood floors will be damaged heavily and it will cost you to remove their staples, fill the holes and sand and stain your floors again! There should be a better way of installing carpet runners so as not to damage the hardwood flooring beneath. Very disappointed with this company being unable to fix this at a reasonable cost.

We had two sisal stair runners installed by Maple Carpet. From first contact to the final installation took about 3 weeks. Haneef was on site to help with the installation. Installer Raheil worked quickly and efficiently. The runners look great and we are happy with the product and service we received from Maple Carpet.

The selection and quality of carpets were amazing. The owner and craftsman/installer were incredible. I would highly recommend them for your projects. We were terrified to have our white oak stairs covered but this skill has been mastered by them with little to know damage to our staircase.

Maple Carpet Care provided us with a very competitive quote and put an urgent delivery on it for us as we had just moved into our home and our dogs were slipping on the bare stairs. They prepared our custom runner (special width of trim) and installed the finished product in days. They were also very flexible with my busy schedule to meet a time that worked well for me. I recently removed an older stair runner and refinished the underlying builders' grade pine stairs. I decided to replace the runner with a sisal one and did some research online for sisal runners, which took me to Stairs First.ca, which turned out to be Maple Carpet Care. Maple Carpet Care offered a limited choice of mid- to higher-end sisal products of varying thicknesses and blends, along with a selection of cotton binding colours. From initial consultation to installation of the finished product took roughly three weeks, and owner Hanif was very pleasant to deal with. I am very satisfied with the final product.

Purchased carpet runners for stairs to prevent slippage (especially children). Good selection and excellent advice from Mirza, especially on matching colors to the hardwood floor. Installation was smooth and good detailed guidance on carpet care. Payment was safely done on credit card. Very satisfied and highly recommended.
