I contacted Maple Carpet Care about a week and a half ago with regards to my stair runner installation. The next day I met up with one of their representatives to select a runner syle and trim. Their representative was very helpful and kind and made the selection process very enjoyable. They scheduled my installation for a week later. On the day of the installation, the technitions showed up on time and were very efficient and helpful, getting the job done in the allotted time that they had given. My overall experience with the staff and technitions at Maple Carpet Care was very pleasent. They're a great group of people to work with! My stairs look absolutely georgous and I'd recommend them to all my friends.

Done very quickly and professionally. We had our stairs to the basement carpeted. They came to quote the same day that I called and were able to install a couple of days later. Very happy with the job! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Price was slightly below some of the competitors out there and he brought a lot of physical carpet samples so can see them in our home. We loved that a lot because it really helped to make the right decision we'd be comfortable with.

Work was done on our stairs in under 4 hours and they cleaned after they were done.

Overall I'm very happy with the price, service, and the final product. Only con, was the carpet we choose took over a week to arrive, but not a big deal.

Haneef provided excellent service. He came promptly gave us an extremely reasonable quote for high quality wool runner and customized hallway carpet. The hallway is tricky and he took great care coming back on two occasions to ensure the proper measurements and installation. The installation was perfect. I would him again anytime and everyday I walk down the stairs on the carpet it is so comfortable!

My carpet had been damaged by an unfortunate incident and it was urgent that I get it fixed. Haneef called me back as soon as he got my email, explained my options to me carefully and patiently, then came over for a free home consultation on that same day. His men did a great job and Haneef went the extra mile to provide me with the relevant documentation.

I was looking for a runner for a staircase with 15 stairs, as well as a runner for a 2nd floor hallways (mostly to muffle the sound on a hardwood floor).

Got excellent service and education on the different types of carpets available; quality/durability, installation process, extra features (trim) etc. Very competitive pricing, no nonsense attitude which I appreciated.

Installation was impeccable. Perfectly straight down the stairs, no blemishes or anything. Couldn't have asked for a better install. Total time to complete was under 2 hours. Also, what was most impressive was that there was no mess to clean up afterwards. You wouldn't have even known they were there.

Would highly recommend, and will definitely go back for future carpet installation needs.

We required a carpet runner for our stairs as our pet was having difficulty traversing the hardwood that was there. We contacted Haneef and he was on-site the next evening, accommodating our schedule. He provided us with multiple options for the runner based on our requirements for durability and aesthetics. Once the runner was agreed upon, he provided us with an accurate estimate for installation.

Once the carpet was available, Haneef contacted us to find a dad for installation. He and his crew were on-site Saturday morning for installation. He and his professional crew installed the runner in under an hour, cleaned up the space and left us with a fantastic runner with no unexpected costs.
