M&R Roofing

M&R did an OUTSTANDING job replacing our shingles and flat roof!! They were slightly more expensive than some of the estimates we received(and we got about 20 estimates), but considering the quality of their materials and their workmanship their price was very reasonable. Maciej gave us a very detailed invoice of the work they would be doing for our roof which made it very easy for us to see how their company goes above and beyond the competition. We had delays in our start date due to the weather, but the M&R team kept us updated every step of the way. Their employees were highly professional, efficient and experienced. Unlike many companies, they provided us with a ten year warranty, and I'm confident that our roof will be in great shape for much longer than that. Thank you M&R for your amazing work!

These guys were excellent to work with. Courteous, professional, worked as quoted and when there was a major problem, they explained everything promptly and requoted on the spot. Richard and his crew had to chip off six layers of flat roof before discovering not only rotten decking but rotten beams. They called me immediately and showed me the damage. They then explained what they would do to fix it and did it for a reasonable price. The skylight installed was a curb-mounted vented Velux. While they did not do the interior work, they were careful not to cause much much damage when cutting the hole in my old plaster ceiling. My one comment was that the crew I worked with liked to start late and finish late. I didn't bother me because my family was out of town, but that could have been disruptive. Other than that, great guys and great work.

We recently purchased an older home and foolishly did not have a complete roof inspection completed before our closing date (to save money).
As you can imagine, it ended up costing us when we realized that the roof was in terrible condition and disrepair. We contacted M& R Roofing and they were at our home the same day to provide us a quote!
At the time we could only afford to repair the worst portion. Their team was respectful and extremely professional.

When the portion of the roof we didn't repair with M&R began to leak after the rain we had this weekend, I called them back in a panic again they didn't let me down! They made a temporary fix until the ice melts and will be back to complete the job!

M&R replaced our roof with several challenges, include removal of two layers of asphalt and one of slate. A big, tough, dirty job done very well by pleasant workers on schedule. The start date was delayed by weather and workloads. We wanted unusual shingles and they were very helpful and cooperative in locating and aquiring these shingles.
