After 4 verbal quotes we choose Glen Campbell with Action because he took time on the phone to explain in detail his assumed cause of my refrigerator problem and his labour rates which were considerably lower than the other bidders. He came the next day fixed our problem in just over an hour again and showing us the minor problem and the repair kit for the leaking fridge.
