BFFSSO was very professional from start to finish. Estimate was bang on and I wasn't asked to pay any "extra". The job was finished 1 day ahead of schedule and their project coordinator kept the job on schedule. The installer also communicated with me every morning about what tasks were to be completed that day. I am very impressed with the overall interaction with everyone on their team. All of my build requirements (and there was a long list) were met and they also gave some great suggestions that I hadn't thought of. If you need a quiet room, this is the system to get. It is also is great for a home theater.

Our basement is now the most enjoyed and used area of our home.

Athought a bit costly, I am happy with the results. The work was done professionally and quick. The basement renovation was completed quickly and cleanly in just a little over 3 weeks.
