Terry's company was one of three quotes I received for my roof.
He wasn't the cheapest of the three. He was however the most knowledgeable and accommodating. He explained to me very clearly what I required and what he could do for me and for what cost. This was all provided, just as he had said.
He and his crew were all very professional, courteous and efficient.

Terry was working in the neighborhood and we had him give us a quote. We decided to proceed with a job as our neighbors were happy and his quote was reasonable for the job involved. He came with his crew on two separate occasions for the shingled and flat roof respectively.
We live in a semi detached home so Terry matched the shingle colour with our neighbors. The crew worked very very hard to remove lots layers of old shingles and flat roof and their put in new ones. They cleaned up very well after the jobs.

Another great job from Toronto Roofing! I had my roof done a few years ago with Terry and called him again to replace my old flat roof recently. Again, they were prompt, professional, courteous, and thorough in their work. They were so tidy I wouldn't have known they had been there. Terry never cuts corners and has exceptional integrity, even replacing the flashing with a superior piece of material at no extra cost, which he didn't have to do. I would highly recommend them.

In the fall of of 2016 I had a leak from my roof. I was referred to Toronto's Roofing Contracting INC. I called the company left a message and within minutes I was impressed how quickly Terry return my called and was able to come at my convenience to inspect my roof since I wanted to be home when he comes. He was very honest to let me know he could repair the spot that was leaking if I couldn't afford a new roof at the moment, but eventually you'll have to get it done pretty soon. He give me the cost to do my roof and two days later very early in the morning him and his crew came started the job and was done within a day. His guys were prompt and fast with their job. At the end of the day Terry inspected my yard himself to make sure no nails were left around my property or driveway. He even went up on the roof himself and inspect the job his guys did. I was very please with the professional service I received from Toronto's Roofing & Contracting INC.

We are very pleased with the work and professionalism by Terry and his crew. Our property was kept clean and shrubbery close to the house, were protected from potential damage.

I went with Terry after he came out and spent an hour, explaining and showing me samples of his work. He insisted on payment after all the work was done. On the day of the job, the crew came and laid down the tarp and set out to protect the perimeter plants that surround the house. Upon removal of the old tiles, a small plant was damaged. Terry promptly adjusted the cost to fairly compensate us. The roof looks great and I was thoroughly satisfied with the finished product. I did find a few nails around the yard a couple of days later, and when I called Terry, he personally came by with the roller magnet to do another clean up of the property. He takes pride in his work but I also appreciate the high level of service they provided me. I highly recommend Toronto's Roofing and Contracing Inc.

We recently had our roof replaced by Toronto's Roofing and Cotracting and we are very happy. We would not hesitate to refer Terry to anyone. We had a few delays because of the weather but Terry kept in contact with us until the weather cooperated. They finished the project on time and were very careful with our property, they even moved and replaced out plant pots so they would not be damaged, everything was cleaned up once they were done. Terry and his team were very professional. Roof looks great.

We have hired TRC company to replace shingles on our very old roof, they did a great job, Mr. Butler even changed our skylight, which was probably in a decent shape, but it was old. If you want someone who is quick in getting back to you with a very competitive quote, answering all of your questions, trustworthy and reliable, then you should hire Toronto's Roofing. The job was done in two days (a lot of layers of old shingles had to be removed), roof looks great, you can see the difference in workmanship of roof done by this company and your neighbours' roof done by someone else (also recently). The crew did a wonderful job of cleaning the site, you couldn't even tell that an hour ago someone was working on your roof - our neighbor was really impressed.
So, if you need work done on your roof by someone who is not only interested in doing it (unlike other companies we have contacted, some never showed up, some never provided a quote, some didn't even go on the roof) but takes pride in doing it right, you should give Terry a call.

We had our roof completely replaced with Toronto’s Roofing & Contracting Inc. in 2011, so when my mother-in-law needed her roof replaced, we had no hesitation in contacting Terry Butler. It was also such a pleasant surprise that Terry remembered us.

We did get other estimates so that my mother-in-law had some options and comparisons, but in the end, we highly recommended she go with Toronto’s Roofing & Contracting Inc.

The roof replacement included the same quality workmanship that was done on our own roof, and my mother in-law chose the same color and type of shingles we had used, which were a good match to the exterior of her home.

The work included labour and materials to strip off all old layers of shingles, vents, plumbing stack flashings and valleys. Terry and his team installed new ice shields in all valley areas and around the bottom perimeter edges, installed new heavy felts over the balance of the roof area, installed new 30-year self sealing IKO Architectural shingles, installed all new vents, plumbing stack flashings, and pre-painted steel valleys and caulked all necessary locations with quality caulking. Clean up and removal of all old roofing debris was excellent as well!

The work was high-quality and again, Terry and his team did a fantastic job! They even took care of some minor issues from the past such as dented eaves troughs.

When I called Terry to arrange for payment, he had no problem in delaying it for a few days until it was convenient for me.

Incidentally, last summer, our neighbour commented that our shingles looked worn out and I thought a few shingles were missing from the roof line that joined with my neighbours. Terry came out to take a look and explained that our shingles were in perfect condition and the neighbour didn’t realize that our shingles have the architectural design, so they are not smooth looking. Terry even took pictures while he was on our roof to show me. There were no missing shingles either, and it appeared as such from ground level due to the valley where our roof meets with our neighbours. Even though there was nothing wring with our roof at all, I was very reassured when Terry took the time to come out, even though he was very busy with other jobs.

We're very happy we chose Toronto’s Roofing & Contracting again. We have referred them to all our friends, family members and acquaintances. The work is top notch and Terry’s rates are reasonable. He’s also a very friendly, easygoing, patient and all around nice guy! Thanks a lot Terry!
