Dmitri & his crew were very professional, competitively priced & with high quality products & some of the best installation I've ever seen. The crew were here the whole day & never seemed in a hurry or careless; they just seemed like they were here to do the job right the first time. Dmitri dropped by during install to make sure all was going well. I would definitely recommend & not hesitate to use this company again.

Our experience with Galaxy windows was enjoyable from beginning to end. The representative, Dimitry, was most helpful. He showed professionalism and deep knowledge of the product. He took time to answer all our questions about different types of glass available in energy efficient windows and demonstrated how one choice would be different from another in energy costs. As his company also had an A+ rating with BBB, we felt confident to proceed. Everything was ordered and scheduled on time and it took just a day (from 8am until sunset) to replace all of the windows. An installation manager was on site to make sure we didn't have any concerns. Over this winter we understood we've made the best choice. Thanks again!

We had our windows replaced by Galaxy Windows last week and just cannot believe the difference they made. It's almost impossible now to hear the neighbours' dog that barks all day long in their yard. They open easily and completely, unlike what we had before and the wood trim inside was done perfectly, it came primed in white and the installers used wood filler, so it will now be a piece of cake to paint. It was a fluke we waited for the estimate. The windows are top quality and the service was friendly from the initial consultation (no pressure to sign) to the work completion. Of all companies Galaxy offered us the best quality and a very reasonable price. Special thanks to Alex and Vlad, the installers.

Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping us design the combination windows of our living room. Before he paid us a visit he responded to my call and e-mails and answered all the questions we had. He then stopped by to sign the deal and gave us the price quoted before over the phone. The installers were here on time, did a thorough job and removed all debris after the installation. We are fully satisfied with the windows and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Galaxy Windows to anyone who need that kind of service.

We moved into a new home last summer and knew that the windows had been replaced prior to the sale. Everything seemed OK, until late in November when we noticed the top bedrooms' windows became drafty and cold when it was windy outside. When Jason from Galaxy Windows came out for an inspection he explained that there was something missing in the glass and these windows were just a quick fix in order to sell the house. He explained to us how much difference there was between the existing windows and what his company supplied and we decided to try and replace a few of them first. We switched to the "crank" type and right after the installation was finished, noticed that there was absolutely no air getting through. The installers were very professional and covered the floor around the house. In less than a day everything was done. Jason stopped by during the installation to make sure we didn't have any concerns. The windows are by far the most gorgeous we've seen and they open very easily and smoothly. We are very fortunate that we heard of Galaxy just in time and will replace some more windows this fall. Thanks, guys!

… just wanted to share my experience with Galaxy Windows. I needed to replace 3 large windows for my parents' house, as part of renovation of the living and dining rooms. the place was built in the 60's. Most companies I spoke to suggested to replace them entirely, including trim and sills, and only two, Galaxy one of them said that it will make them looked mis-matched to the rest of the house. As it turned out, I'm glad I listened to the latter two. By keeping the original trimming in place we preserved the character of the house and with Galaxy saved around 1000$ compared to the other quotes. Thank you guys so very much for your honesty, experience and hard work. I will recommend you to all my friends.

This is the second time we had Galaxy help with our renovation. They replaced our windows a few years back and this time we called about replacing our front and garden doors. Just like before, we didn't encounter any surprises, the representative spent over an hour with us helping to design the doors and guiding us through various options. In the end we ordered a beautiful metal door for the front and the garden (french) door came with built-in blinds. The installers were polite and efficient. I'd like to thank everyone involved again and take this opportunity to highly recommend the company.
