I requested for a quote, provided my contacted info and asked to have an appointment. Then I only got a response from Homestars saying they don’t take appt, but the owner will come out to assess the roof, then email the quote to me. I then provided my email, phone number, but never heard back from anyone. I sent another reminder from homestar to the company again, but still nothing… no respond whatsoever!!! Looks like the company is too busy and does not care for more service!!! I’d hope that they would still respond to let me know in that case!

Sorry the weather has been horrible for the guys to be able to get out your way. They also don't work on weekends due to working 70 plus hours weekly
We don't use salespeople, its actually the owner that comes out to do the estimates. He's trying his best to get things done. Also with Covid, we don't do appointments until you have gotten your quotes from the other companies you have called to compare. We do the appointments over the phone initially for less contact. This way you can review the quotes and then If you like the price we come back to do a sit down appointment
