Dealing with Art Metal is always a pleasure. I've only had positive experiences with this company. They are always available to address any concerns. You can literally call Eugene at 7am on Monday or at 7pm on Sunday and 9 times out of 10 you'll get him on the phone or he'll return your call within minutes.

I was very pleased with Art Metal. They provided a quick and competitive quote, and I was happy with the end product, which was delivered as per their promised date. We did have one miscommunication, but they resolved it quickly and professionally. I highly recommend.

Let me begin by saying, “Working with Art Metal was an absolute pleasure”.
I had my railings fabricated by another company who dropped them off and said they would come back to complete the installation. I waited over 60 days for them to come back only to realize the railings were not the right size and could not be installed. The first company would not take responsibility and refused to remedy the railings. At this point I called Art Metal Workshop and explained my predicament. Even though my job was more of a repair and clearly not a big job, Art Metal still gave me the white glove service. Yevgeniy sent out his crew within the week and had the railings repaired and installed. I liked the fact that Art Metal is computer literate. They asked me to take a photo of the existing railings so they would be able to assess the problem and ensure they would arrive with the appropriate materials. They also emailed me a copy of the invoice and allowed for online payment.

Yevgeniy and his team were professional and their workmanship is unparalleled. I would highly recommend Art Metal for your upcoming job.

We called Art Metal Workshop & home improvement to install a railing for our front entrance. The railing was installed well and currently functions like it is supposed to. The installation process was quick and painless and the employees were polite, courteous and punctual. Excellent work.

I contacted Art Metal to design and install a custom ironwork awning for my back door leading into the garden. I had seen various ironwork awnings on several trips to Europe and a few in Toronto and described what I was looking for. Art Metal developed a custom and unique design based on my description and a few pictures. They were courteous and professional throughout the entire project right from the very initial meetings to understand my ideas through to design, build and installation. They would allow me to come to the workshop at various stages throughout the build to discuss and view design elements to ensure they were building exactly what I was looking for. The build and installation were delivered on time. I love the finished product and would recommend Art Metal to anyone looking for custom iron work. I will definitely use their services again.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. We were looking for a wrought iron gate that would really add to the character of the house. They came on time, measured and then worked with us to finalize the design. They were upfront with us about this being their busy period, they still delivered exactly on the schedule they provided us. The installation was very professional with great attention to detail.
