The sales experience was very good. Met with the representative at the house to go over rough dimensions for openings. After that, the install team left a mess in the shaft. The elevator malfunctioned within a few months of installation. Absolutely horrible customer service. Impossible to get in touch with anyone at the office. Charge of $280 per visit to fix an issue that shouldn't be an issue. Random elevator breakdowns. Would NEVER recommend this company

We used our elevator couple month and without any reason it's not working . They charge for everything -labor -145 per hour (min1,5 hour); travel-0.8 per kilometre,parts -depends.... UNDER WARRANTY
This company makes money selling and servicing bad Elevators. Unfair and expensive!

I was not sold on the idea of an elevator in our house but my wife pushed for it. We decided on Federal Elevator as our architect recommended them. The sales experience was great and while we did run into a few snags in the construction phase, I am happy with our personal elevator. It’s helped make life easier in ways that I never thought, especially when our folks come to visit.

They had to come in twice in same month to repair under warranty our bran new Elevator. Charged us for service both times $280.00 because labour is not covered by warranty. This company makes money selling and servicing bad Elevators. Unfair and expensive!
