Importantly, he identified all the same concerns with our roof, provided more realistic solutions, proposed higher quality materials, was super helpful throughout the process, could work with our schedule, and ultimately, I decided to use them.
The work was completed in one day, exactly on budget, looks amazing, and importantly, I haven’t worried about the roof at all! We have had only one minor issue with our roof due to animals! Simon was amazingly helpful, fixed everything and we are back to a perfect roof.
