Very professional, on time, great workmanship , I have nothing bad to say about Simon and his crew. Would definitely be recommending him to my friends and family. Might need my shed done as well lol

After getting various quotes from roofing companies, i finally found guildwood with a very reasonable price.
Simon is very easy to deal with and very honest with his explanations. Just had the work done today, started at exactly 8am and finish everything at 5pm, together with my garage flat roof.
They were 6 of them working including Simon, and all of them are very nice. Before they left, he even assured me that i won't be calling him again for any back jobs. :)

We had received a couple quotes and then was referred to Simone through a friend. His pricing was good, quality of materials excellent. Got the job done in one day. Fantastic crew that he has - hard workers who are respectful. Fully recommend and I an hard to please.

Simon was referred to me by some friends at work. They had had there roofs re done by him and they said he was fair, honest and upfront with his price . Well, I called Simon and he re did my roof and they were right. He is an up front honest business man with who cares for his customers. He does quality workmanship and has a supportive skilled team behind him that are quick and courteous. Simon is a very professional and friendly person. Whenever you have any questions he will repose as soon as possible and gives timely and accurate information, such as quoted price, approximate time requirement etc. He has years of experience of renovation and replacement. The price is reasonable and most importantly the quality of work is high.

I wouldn’t say his company is the only choice in the market. But after I dealt with him, I would definitely recommend his work to everyone. What make him and his company different and outstanding is his excellent service plus superior quality.

Guildwood wasreally easy to deal with. They were recommended to me by other people who worked with them. They were in and out in 1 day and were really neat and clean. They did more than what I wanted, recognizing potential issues as they went and fixing them, which I appreciated. The only feedback I would give is that it would have been nice to match the colour of the vents to the roof tiles. Other than that, it was great working with them and I would highly recommend their services.

They replaced my roof. They came on time on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned everything up. I actually got a cheaper price with another company but felt more secure working with Guildwood that I would get a quality product. He offers a yearly eavestrough cleaning service which sounds good, but is a little pricey.

They were very professional, he did the entire roof and charged me a very good price. He did exactly what I wanted him to do, there were no hidden costs. I went onto the roof myself to take a look at the quality and it looks really good. He cleaned up really well, I didn’t find any nails on the ground which was impressive.

I heard about Guildwood from my brother, they did his roof and he was very happy with the quality of work. They gave me a good estimate, came in the timeframe they said they would and were done in less than a day. Other companies gave me quote between $3600-$4500 and the price they offered was well under these.
