I contacted Simon last year close to winter time when we realized that our roof was ready to be replaced. He suggested to wait till this spring for re-roofing and caulked some areas in roof to get over winter.He gave us a very reasonable quote and good advice. Based on 5 quotes I received this year, i decided to go with Simon quote for roofing and eves trough replacement work. Our roofing work was done in the first week of May. The crew worked very professionally. Based on his work, our neighbour also went with Simon for roofing. I am very happy with the work and have no issues recommending him to my friends and family.

The prices were high and I decided to call Simon based on the referral. Boy was I impressed. He had all his documentation in order, price was reasonable and competitive. He kept me posted on scheduling delays due to the weather and showed up when he said he would. Overall, the roof looks great! We had one spot on the roof that didn't look right and he came back within days to inspect. The issue ended up not being his fault. .....highly recommend Simon.

I got Simon's number through my friend. He highly recomended Simon as a very reliable roofer. He came and gave us a estimate last year close to winter time, and he recomened that we should wait for the spring to do it cause the shingles put on for winter time might have problem with sealing to the roof. He gave us a very resonable price and good advice. We took his advise. He went onto the roof and did some patching work for me just to ensure we will have no problem in the winter. He came back last week and did our entire roofing in one day, his crew works very professionally. They cleaned up all the garbages after finishly the work, even the nails on the property were magnant removed. I am very happy with their work. I will recommend him to my friends and family.

Workmanship is efficient. everything done on the same day. the company followed up with letters and contacts info and we feel we are well serviced. will recommend this service to family and friends.

I though I had saved $400.00, but Guildwood roofing failed to notify me of rotten decking and went ahead and placed tiles without repairing the decking. I found this out when I decided to go on the roof after completion. My roof is currently leaking around the chimney due to poor work. I took some pictures before the company owner came to see what the problem was. He denied it was because of poor work. Recommendation go with a reputable company pay the extra money. Did not realize this service was available so that I could warn potential customers.

Guildwood Roofing stripped our shingles and replaced and gave us a 10year warranty on workmanship. The shingles were installed improperly. They leaked causing damage to the roof deck and mould in our attic. They have refused to stand behind their warranty

Excellent service, arrived on time, started at 8:00am finished at 3:00pm great price. I would recommend Guildwood roofing to my friends.
The price was $2500 dollars less the sears. Guildwood roofing has the same warranty as sears and they could install the roof when I wanted it done.
