As a realtor, I understand roofing is very important for the house. But it was really hard to decide who to hire for the job because price quotation varied wildly and I didn't have a clue who was better. I had a few quotations with lower prices for the roofing job. Simon's quotation was in the medium range but he stood out because he was patient in completely checking conditions of roof, chimneys, skylights and gutters. He spent time explaining what he could do to fix the potential issues. In the end I felt so lucky that Simon and his associates were chosen to do my roofing. They didn't rush and took care of details. In many places they were willing to spend extra time and put extra material to finish the job above and beyond expectation. Definitely would recommend to anyone else for a reliable home roof replacement.

Simon and his crew did our roof very quickly and very well - my neighbours told me how efficient they were because they watched them work.
