Waterproof one basement room

I am revising my posting Monday August 14 2017. Later Monday a manager came to my residence and apologized i believe sincerely fore the difficulty I had experienced and fixed the problem to my satisfaction and assured me that I can call him directly if I have any problems. All is well that ends well.

Waterproof one basement room

My basement is flooding and DryShield refuse to return my calls. It is impossible to speak to management or even leave a voicemail. I have left detailed message with an answering service several time. On Friday the answering service advised that she was sending a message to top management after I said I had I was posting my review on HOMESTAR to day Monday . I was waiting fore DryShield to resolve the problem before posting because I liked the installers and did not want to post a negative review. I tried to contact the sales rep Jonathan McMahon 416 434 7577 who signed the contract but his voce mail was full and would not accept messages. Problem:
I signed contract May 31 2017 fore installation on July 10 2017. The work was completed as scheduled. The first heavy rain the water backed up against a small basement window which is not used and gushed down the wall . The material to film the material to carry water away only covered the floor to below the window. The window did not leak previously. A minor problem a drain was not sealed as contracted. I should not have paid the invoice in full immediately at least until the first rainfall.
