Dryshield Basement Waterproofing

I had major issues with water in my basement. I have contracted Dryshield to help me do exterior waterproofing. The team that work at my house was very good. The work has been done in time and on budget. We have run into issues during the work, this is always happening when you dig around your house, however we have discussed it and tackled all challenges in a profesional manner. All in all a very successful project. Thank you.

We just bought a house and found out that there was a history of water damage in the basement. We wanted this fixed before finishing the basement. Dryshield gave is the best quote and shared great reason for doing internal vs outside (other companies tried to up sell us on external which in this case was not needed). Dry shield maintained all the necessary covid precautions, and helped my family feel safe. The job was finished ahead of schedule and everyone who worked here was extremely nice and helpful. Also to note the next weekend we had 50 ml of rainfall and I heard the pump start and it ran for about 2 min, it was great to know the system that was just installed was already working to save our basement from water damage.

The Dryshield crew were very efficient and managed to work in a very confined area.
They were careful with all the surrounding plants and replanted a couple they had to move. I had told them not to bother - I had written them off - but they gave gave their best effort!
The process was explained, I was invited to look and ask questions before the excavation was refilled.
They cleaned up and left the area in good shape. Hopefully we won’t have another foundation crack but I’d definitely have them back!

I decided to hire Dryshield to fix my leaking basement based on homestars review, I think I made right choice.

I had hair line cracks on my basement wall, when raining, water came in through the cracks.

Brain was on time, a very polite gentlemen, he explained to me what he was going to do, answered my questions.

I am quite satisfied with the result, only time will tell if the fix last.

Cracked wall between concrete deck and basement was cut and dug down and resealed. Was done very professionally and carefully. Great job, was a pleasure and the place was left very clean, would definately recommend.

I hired Dryshield to internally waterproof my cold room due to the positive reviews here. I was disappointed with the results and we were still experiencing leaks a year and a half after the initial installation. Despite this, Dryshield has been very responsive to feedback, and has since then come back to re-finish the work. So far, we have not experience any further leaking, and hopefully the newly re-worked room will continue to stand against the test of time.

Great Job. The staff at the office were very helpful over the phone. The technician that came out to do the crack repair was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process. The crew that came out to do the waterproofing were fantastic, very friendly and worked hard to get the job done on time. I will definitely be recommending them and will use them again for anything in the future.
