never use this company. I knew we were in trouble when the movers showed up and finished their breakfast and cigarettes before even coming to the door. The three men we had moved incredibly slow. I've never seen such a lack of enthusiasm for the job. One even took off to buy drinks at the corner store. Had our family of three not pitched in, the movers would've taken double the time, which I'm sure is their strategy. They damaged one wall, two pieces of furniture and dropped a mattress topper and made it dirty. Of course there is no honesty; you find out about this after they've left. The truck wasn't big enough for all our stuff! Had it not been for your two sons' moving four loads with our own truck the movers would've racked up an even bigger bill. They do not use mattress bags, they only brought 2 wardrobe boxes when we were promised 5, and they did not bring enough carpet runners so we're walking with their boots all over my carpets. Stay away from this company!

This was our 7th move and was our best thanks to MSA. I would highly recommend their service. There was very little damage and the personal were very personable. The driver was efficient and arrived at our destination as specified.
