Quick, friendly service that didn't break the bank! Jake, our tech was friendly and very knowledgeable and got here quicker then we expected which was great. And Ashley who booked our appointment was super helpful and got us an appointment quickly and in a time frame we could manage.

Richard is a hard working and curtious individual. He goes above and beyond to make sure things are done correctly. I would not hesitate to have the gentleman plumbers in my home to do any future work that is needed.

Called Gentlemen Plumbers and not even 1 hour later Ashton showed up. No hourly rate. One price. No hidden fees. After his diagnosis we learnt that we had four options to go with. We went with the toilet auger option. With no hesitation he got right to it. Personally I would not go near that toilet; full of poop to the rim. A short time later he freed the clog and brought back Q tips on the auger line. Before leaving he also offered me a free home inspection. I am 100% satisfied with the services I received. I was given knowledge, value and options. He treated my house like it was his own. I will spread the word about Action Auger and there Gentlemen Plumbers service.

Living in a mobile home, Charlie had to go under the mobile to thaw out frozen pipes. He cleared the blockage, upgraded aspects to toilet and cleaned everything up. In a world with poor customer service and untrustworthy trade services it is finally nice to see a company that is honest and fair. Not only is their customer service 10 out of 10 but the quality of the work goes above and beyond the norm. We had Jay come to our house to fix a plugged toilet that turned out to be a all day event. After trying to get no less than 5 plumbing companies to come out to our rural home, I came across The Gentlemen Plumbers. They responded to my call immediately and set an appointment up right then and there. I didn't have to wait for a call back or whether my address could be plugged into google maps - they just said that they would be there.

Kale arrived with a great attitude and tons of knowledge. There wasn't any smoke and mirrors to the pricing; there wasn't extraordinary dispatch fees and I feel that I received good value for the work done.

I live in an older home and had a mystery odor in the basement that was only getting worse and more annoying by the day. Rick asked a lot of questions, kept troubleshooting and kept poking around until we found the cause: a cracked cast iron toilet flange. Once discovered, he was very clear going through my costs and options. He fixed the issue the same day and made sure to double check for leaks before he left. Very courteous and did solid work.
