This roofing company was recommended to me by my daughter. They were very quick once called into providing a price and scheduling the work.
Once on site they were very efficient and my entire roof was done in one day
Although they cleaned up pretty well I did find some nails on the ground in a few locations

Andy and crew at Sunrise have replaced shingles on my roof in May of 2023. Small issue was discovered in November, fixed under warranty in under 24 hours. Excellent work!

I met with Andy and discussed the requirement's for a new roof. Andy took the time to explain the assessment of my roof and because how my house is positioned on our street, excessive winds on part of the roof of house, I needed suggestions for a roof that will last longer than the prior 2 roofs. Andy was able to arrive at great solutions.
His price was very competitive, the product quality was outstanding. Sunrise did excellent work, and cleanup was perfect. The team was able to share with me all the pictures taken of my roof after completion.
Overall, I had a great experience and I highly recommend Sunrise Roofing Inc..

Was recommended to this company from 3 others who had used them.Last fall I had a leek and my shingles were looking sad. They corrected the problem and also changed all my shingles. They were friendly, fast (1 day ) , amazing price,did a great job ,recommended color and material based on my location, cared about their work , and did a great job cleaning up.

Needed my roof replaced desperately. Hired Sunrise Roofing in Markham. They showed up on time, worked quickly & efficiently. They were polite, finished in time and cleaned up after they finished. We are very impressed.

Our roof was somewhere between 10 to 13 years old, and during the last few months and some windy days, more and more shingles went missing.
Which was still OK, somehow, until the day the big storm of mid-May 2022 has arrived.

During this storm, many roofs in the area were damaged, and many roofers came to propose fixes.
However, we were outside of the country when this happened, and werent available to handle this issue.

A day or two after we got back, a very heavy rain came.
The rain has lasted only 10 minutes, but during this time, a shower of water appeared inside out house, flooding the second floor and the stairs to the first floor.

I called some other company which was recommended by a family member they came to see the roof, and suggested a local fix.
I told them that Im interested in replacing the whole roof, because the pace at which the shingles went missing was suggesting that its about time.
They came back with a really exaggerated and unreasonable quote, and told me that their next availability is in a month and a half and I literally have a shower on my stairs!
Their excuses for the price were pandemic prices and for availability, obviously, was that all roofers are busy with fixing storm damages these days (which is true).

Then I remembered that my neighbor hired Andy from Sunrise Roofing and she was my only reference.
Desperate, I called him and he came to my house in 3 (!) minutes.
He analyzed the situation very quickly and professionally, and suggested both a fix and a full replacement.

Andys quote for the replacement was half (!!!) the price of the first company but more importantly, he said that because of the urgency of the situation, he will be able to do it within a week.
In practice, he has managed to come to work exactly 4 days after!
He said they will arrive at 8:30, but they came earlier, around 8:00

A team of 6 workers has done a tremendously professional, clean and beautiful job, and theyve worked more than 12 hours.
If youve replaced the roof in the past, you know that there is a lot of stress and mess involved.
While I was trying to contain my stress, these guys worked reliably fast and have cleaned all the mess.

Around 9pm, I had a brand new roof, every seam was sealed, everything was sparkling clean, and all has been taken care off.
And the price was fair and just, and basically, half the price of the competition.
Now, more and more neighbors on our street are getting interested to hire Andy.

I cannot recommend them enough!
