Unfortunately there are sometimes minor manufacturing defects that are missed by the plant, but our installers have keen eyes and are experienced enough to know what to look for - even if it is something our customers may not see right away. This is another benefit of using an installation specialist like MAXgreen for the work - we can hold the manufacturers accountable and get prompt service due to our established relationships. Fortunately we work with great manufacturers who own their (rare) mistakes and are committed to the same level of quality and service MAXgreen guarantees to their customers.

I am really sorry to hear that the glass replacement installer who was sent by the manufacturer to replace the defective glass unit didn't follow the same level of customer service standard that we set for our people and our suppliers. This has been addressed with the supplier to ensure it doesn't happen again. Thank you for your understanding while we corrected the defects for you.

There are a lot of differences to look for when choosing new windows. We can offer products to suit any budget, from an entry level vinyl window all the way up to a custom built fir metal clad window.

We may not have always the lowest price on a particular quote (especially when we are quoting a higher end product like you received), but we will never sacrifice quality or service for cost savings. Because we do all of our own installations and do not sub-contract the install to the lowest bidders (unfortunately this is what often happens when companies focus on large volumes), we can ensure the highest quality installation for every project, and the best customer service in Calgary (not just in the window business)!
