I called about 15 companies, Elvis was the one who was able to provide me a free estimate and also arrived on time ( others had to reschedule, did not show up or did not call back at all).
He went up to look at the leak, even though it was raining and our roof is very high, it is more like 3 storey house. After looking at the problem, Elvis provided written estimate and pictures of what was wrong.
He completed repair 2 days later as promised, cleaned up all debris and left work site spotless. He provided pictures of previous repair attempts and pictures of his work, patiently explained what was done. He also provided 5 years written warranty. Very pleasant experience, thank you Elvis! I strongly recommend this company.
