We are very much enjoying our new sunroom! The total experience has been top drawer from design to completion. The only holdup was acquiring permits which was out of CHC's control. What should have taken 10 days took 3.5 months through the Hamilton office.
Once underway, with Dhon on site, things went very smoothly. Dhon worked every day until completion, bringing in colleagues as needed. He is a craftsman, skilled in all aspects of the job, with great attention to detail "I'm measuring 3 times Doug, don't want to be out a 1/16!". He frequently communicated with Mal who quarterbacked the job, acquiring all materials and advising as required. The quality of the materials is top notch and the room is a delight.
We are happy to recommend CHC , without reservation. Honest, reliable, excellent communication, very high quality materials and superb craftsmanship.
