Replacing deteriorating bricks in our [almost] century-old house.
About 60 bricks on our exterior walls were succumbing to the ravages of spalling--deterioration due to water damage/freeze-thawing. Some of these bricks were on corners that may have required the removal of a gate in one case and the porch railing in the other, and this was a matter of some concern for us. The work was done in one day, a day when we were out of town. When we returned, the spalled bricks had been replaced; the work area had been left as clean--if not cleaner--as when we had left that morning, and neither the gate nor the porch railing had to removed to get the work done. Not only would I recommend Turnbull to a friend, and would be be adamant that Turnbull do the masonry work required; to hire any other company would be at best to going with second-best.
