We have a three story house and the chimney needed repair. I had a difficult time getting anyone to even give us a quote - until I tried Turnbull Masonry. They were extremely professional from providing a quote to repairing the chimney. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

After getting a bait and switch estimate from another company I immediately called Turnbull Masonry and they had someone over the same day to provide a quote. The quote was more than fair and they were able to complete all the work in one day. Great crew, totally professional and approachable. Great company!

Ron, Dwayne and the team were fantastic to work with! They visited our property in Etobicoke within 24 hours and had a written estimate and contract to us right away. The proposal disclosed all costs and components for the job, and when we discovered mid-way into the project that our foundation footings were solid, they reduced the quote (I actually had them do some additional work instead along our driveway as they were so pleasant and the communication was fantastic, that I reallocated work I was originally going to have some driveway pavers do for us).
They also were able to deal with a very difficult neighbour as our job meant they had to work on both sides of the property line.

I got several comparable quotes but felt most comfortable with this company. The bricklayers who came to do the work were punctual, polite, and professional. The did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything at the end. I was very pleased with the service provided and would definitely use this company again. Thank you!

A 40 foot length of foundation covering had worn away over decades. Turnbull was reasonable and informative in their quote. The job itself was done thoroughly, with the crew coming back for parts of 6 different days, allowing each application to dry. They left everything else as they found it ie.

There was an unfortunate initial hiccup with a subcontractor who performed sub-par work, but Ron quickly rectified the situation and went above and beyond to ensure that my steps were completed so perfectly that it was even beyond what I would have hoped for in a job at this price point. Ron was highly responsive, extremely professional and made sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and to use them again for any masonry or concrete work.

I was in dire need of a masonry company because my original mason could not come back to finish the project. Clint and his team were able to fit us in between their projects. A breath of fresh air they were. Talented, extremely professional and service oriented. Not once did I have trouble reaching out to Clint for a question or concern. Ron and his guys did some repointing and reparging work for us. He was quick to come take a look and even faster to get me the estimate. With many companies I called, they came to look at the job and weeks went by without an estimate. Ron came to look and within a day or two had an estimate emailed to me. He was easy to talk to and most importantly, he was honest with what needed, and didn't need to be done. Ron worked with my schedule. The men who came to my house were courteous and polite. I am so happy with how fast everything was done. They left the site super clean. I have a 103 year old brick house and will definitely be calling Turnbull masonry again to do work!
