Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Caledon

I called HOMETECH to let them know that the seals on most windows was going they had a film inside.
Rossie took care and said they would be replaced at a cost.
The large curved window at the front of the house had the pewter in side fall. This would have been a special order but they are replacing it at no charge.
Happy to know glass in windows will be replaced.

all house windows replaced 2008 front windows with pewter pencil

A couple of years ago I started seeing some streaks and a reddish brown film in the windows.Some look like dirt dripping down.
I contacted your office and I arranged to have them replaced. When I mentioned the Large half circle window at the front of the house had the pewter pencil fallen in between the glass I was told it is not covered because the seal was good in those windows. Then how does the pewter fall between the glass? I am a retired senior who wanted nothing but energy efficient windows. What I got was that I
have to pay for windows to be replaced that shouldn't have happened. Asking price from your company to replace is $3,068.70 and another $250.00+Tax for the special order of the window with the pewter pencil.
I have read the other reviews and was shocked hoping you can help me out my finances are limited now that is why I had the windows done when I was working.
