Drain Relief

I called Mike in a short notice, despite being busy he showed up and was super dedicated in wanting to help me out. Before doing the job he took the time to nicely explain to me all potential issues and solutions and what I can expect etc. I thought this was great, I learned a lot and knew which directions I might need to go before even getting started. After persistently snaking 3 times we finally got the clog cleared. Though it was already clear from the first snaking but Mike was not happy as he felt that I may have issues in the future again. So he did it 2 more time untill it was properly done and upto his expectations. He spent a good amount of time doing this. I felt he was very dedicated and loved doing what he does; apart from the awesome work he did it was really nice chatting with him. He is a true star. I would give him 6 stars if it was possible. Keep up the good work always buddy and thank you so much for your help.
