We hired Versa to build us a second storey deck. The deck was to house a sunken hot tub and to access the deck we wanted French doors leading out to what was once a window. Our experience from our first consultation with Felipe, to completion of the project, was exceptional. We found Felipe to be very professional, organized and positive about the quality of work that he and his team provide. We communicated our ideas to Felipe, he listened, and the finished project was beyond our greatest expectations. Felipe's employees were hard working, efficient, respectful and professional. Everything was done on time and came together seamlessly. Lumber would be dropped off in the morning and it was used up by the evening. When an electrician was needed to install outdoor outlets he arrived within minutes. We really cannot stress enough the high quality of work performed by Felipe and his team. Perhaps the most telling thing is that when another builder came by on unrelated business he could not stop commenting on how our deck was so well built and attractive. We highly recommend Versa for the reasons above and for the high quality of their workmanship.

Could not be happier and can't thank the Versa team enough for the amazing renovations. From start to finish we were so impressed. Very professional, accommodating and quality work while being conscious of our budget. By removing our two walls and doing amazing finishing, we now have our dream home. They did such a great job that soon after we had Versa remodel our master bathroom and were equally happy with the work done. Thanks again!

We hired Versa to help us with a renovation for a rental home. Felipe's -the owner- professionalism, enthusiasm and workmanship it "wow" us. Versa was in­volved at every step of the process, help­ing with per­mits, draw­ing up plans and do­ing both the ex­te­rior and in­te­rior de­signs. Versa has very good trades which is so important to make the process a good experience. The ren­o­va­tion went very smoothly and we couldn't be hap­pier. We love what they did and it was a plea­sure to work with and we highly recommend Versa and its team.

Felipe printed out pictures of different ideas we could do in our room and once we decided on something he gave us different options of how to get it done. He is very knowledgeable and current (and patient!) and will steer you in the right direction! He shows up when he says he's going to show up and works with quality people. And sent cleaners when it was all done!!!! Love everything he's done for us!

Versa exceeded our expectations in every aspect of this renovation! As most first time renovators who watch HGTV, we approached the process cautiously - having contacted over 5 contractors. In the end Versa was the clear choice. From the start they came across as professional, they booked the appointment time immediately after being contacted, started the project on the exact day they indicated they would, communicated clearly the details of the work, offered insights and suggestions that really paid off, and provided a detailed estimate. Working with Felipe (the owner) and his crew was a pleasure. They are genuinely good people, who work hard and care deeply about the quality of their work. Communication with Felipe was extremely easy. He updated us daily on what work was done and what the next steps were. Clearly this company values their customers. I work in Pro Audio and needed my basement transformed from unfinished chaos to professional recording studio. I needed it quickly and under budget (don't we all!). This job was more than just finishing a basement - there were so many things that had to happen in order for it to function properly. I talked to other contractors that had little to no vision as to how to make this complicated project work. Not only did Versa solve every logistic problem (and there were many!) - they also created a vibe and atmosphere that inspires all music makers that work here to do their best work. The highlight - "The Barn"! I needed a separate room framed in - where vocals are recorded. I would have been satisfied with a generic square functional room - Versa created a masterpiece. It is quite literally a barn! Every artist that comes here to work raves about singing in "The Barn". Thank you Versa!!!

Wonderful service, excellent workmanship!!!! Felipe and his crew were amazing working around 5 children and 2 dogs! I would highly recommend anyone I know to use versa home renovations! Over the moon about my new house!! Love it;)) under 2 months the main floor was gutted and ready to use with all new mouldings, cabinets, floors (bathroom too), ceilings! On time and expertly done! Couldn't ask for more;)

Excellent company, excellent service!!! I have dealt with many tradesman and nothing has compared to Versatile. The owner Felipe goes above and beyond. He has great vision, excellent craftmanship, wonderful communicator, very hard worker and he gets the job done... on time!!! I swear he is one of the nicest guys I have ever met! He is so flexible and relaxed, made my life so much easier and less stressful. We are planning on building our dream home in the next few years and there is no one else I would trust my home with than Versatile and Felipe. Thank you for all your hard work, you guys are THE BEST!!!!!!

they exceeded my expectations, they explained the process clearly and laid out a time frame. they repaired existing deficiencies from the builder. the basement is finished and looks awesome. they were friendly, courteous and professional, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to someone else.
