James and his crew provided a good overall experience with the move of our grand piano. From initial contact, quoting price and scheduling a time. Communication was good. They arrived on-time and quickly got to work with carpets, tools, bins and blankets. Lots of blankets.
They took care as they moved around and prepped the piano. Pointed out a few minor blemishes prior to the move. Handling the piano with lots of care and setting up as we wanted. Overall, a very good customer experience. Price was accurate and reasonable.
