James and his team were very professional, polite, efficient and on time. They moved the piano carefully and were very conscientious about not making a mess in the house as they did so (it was a rainy day). I would highly recommend them for piano moving and look forward to having James tune the piano.

Very happy. Moved my baby upright piano from a storage unit into first floor of my home. They showed up early and called to let me know I could come early - but no pressure to do so. They took excellent care of my piano and even navigated the tricky doorway with ease. Friendly, efficient and effective. Will schedule my tuning with James for sure.

James was wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable. He told me this old piano that I got free on craigslist is still in good condition and doesn't need repair. He told me a cheap way to fix the sticky keys: put silica gel packs in the piano to absorb the moisture. He could have sold me an expensive repair job, but he didn't. Thanks James. James provided great service for tuning my grand piano. Easy to book an appointment. Answered all my questions at length. Also gave good advice on how to make it play better according to my preferences.

After calling Piano Inside for a price quote and speaking to James extensively where he asked specific questions and answered mine as well, I was happy to hire Piano Inside to move our piano. James called me the day of to let me know they were ahead of schedule and to check to see if that worked for us as well. He was polite and courteous as were the men working for him. They were careful with the piano and obviously knew what they were doing. Theu laid runners on our floor to make sure it wouldnt get damaged. A great experience.

James and his two helpers arrived punctually and handled the move of an old upright piano from one house to another efficiently and without a crisis. The 'from' residence even requested that the truck not park on their newly paved driveway and to wheel the piano across the grass! James and his team complied and did everything safely and quickly. Hired PianoInside to move a piano from our basement to our main floor. James showed up on time and conducted the work quickly and efficiently without any damage to the piano or the house.
