I have used Jay Carter Roofing several times over the past years and have always found Jay and his team professional, reliable with great workmanship. Jay and his team replaced and completed a flat roof just in time for the change of season which was greatly appreciated. jay realized the roof needed immediate attention and was on the job immediately. I have recommended Carter Roofing to many of my neighbours and all have been extremely pleased with the outcome and the fair and honest pricing.
