A unique and challenging request for Jay Carter
We gave Jay Carter Roofing a very complicated & unique request. We were attempting to build a "passive-style" house and there were some very specific requests that had to be fulfilled, this included where and where not to drill and secure the roofing. Jay and his crew were able to lay the roof with out much trouble. They did a clean job and we are quite happy with the roof. When we had requests or questions they were dealt with. The window sills and flashing were even more of a challenge due to the thicker than normal walls we built. Jay personally came in to get these done as the original material supplied by the window company was not working with our house. Jay custom built the flashing and sills and despite the headache we gave him he came through. We've been working with Jay for a long time as this project has been much more complicated than we had hoped, with different trades coming in and dealing with city red tape but we are quite happy with the resulting metal work.
