Mr Water Heater

Mr Water Heater installed the electric hot water tank that we replaced on March 13, 2014 on September 22, 1997, OVER 15 YEARS ago. We had, unfortunately, covered up Mr Water Heater's name and installation date with an insulating blanket and had the tank replaced by another company. That other company blocked our neighbour's driveway for almost 2 hours, positioned the tank so that we could not access the instruction manual or information labels, charged us $1050, and left without telling us with the promised price of the tank or the warranty on it. They told us to look on the internet when we complained. We really wish that we had called Mr Water Heater again instead of the company we called!

We have been using “Mr.Water Heater” for many years. Their service for us is always prompt and great, from routine visits to emergency situations they are able to help us for which we are loyal customers.

My Hot Water Tank broke late on Friday Night and as a reult we had to shut off all the water to the house. Early Saturday I called around and Mr Water Heater could come in the quickest at a competitive rate on Saturday. They did a good job and had the job done by Saturday afternoon. The serviceman was punctual and friendly and I would definitely use this company again.

They showed up on time, did not check gas line for leaks and left a good one. Came and fixed their mistake after I brought in a gas fitter to find it!

One Sunday we came home from doing some pretty dirty work went into have shower - NO HOT WATER. Went down and found the entire floor covered in water. The water heater had sprung a leak. We called around and discovered that either the companies we called were outrageously priced, no acceptable heater in stock or were just unavailable. In desperation we called a place in Port Moody. They were fantastic and arrived within 4 hours, new water heater in tow. They arrived shortly after 5 with 2 workers who installed, tested and cleaned up within 3 hours. This was more than what I expected. As I had to go to work early the next morning - they were a life saver. They stayed until almost 9 in the evening making sure everything was a go. I would call them first if I ever had another problem with my water heater.

The installer went out of his way to install the hot water tank in a very small space.He was friendly and so far everything is working fine.The cost of the water tank was expensive but apparently compatible with other companies.

mr water heater came when they said they would. he was helpful and wquite polite. he took out the old water heater and replaced it all on the same day as when i first contacted. the price was comparable and they were able to do it faster than other companies. the area was left clean and we are happy with our new heater
