Over the years and a few moves, we've had quite a few basement renovations. This has far been the most flawless one, even though the previous ones were done well too, just always delayed waiting for individual contractors. Igor is the captain of his ship - the team from sales, design to construction is well run and sails smoothly, which is rare in construction. Our basement renovation was delayed due to the pandemic but Joe kept us up-todate and we finally were able to get the guys in December. The crew that arrived were professional, courteous, explained and gave suggestions to any changes (minor) and any extra cost surrounding that - we even changed our bathroom configuration on the day the crew arrived, which worked out much better than original plans. The electrician and plumber were great too. The crew worked tirelessly from 7:30am to 7:00pm and each day cleaned up as much as possible. On the last day, with the exception of a beautiful basement, you wouldn't have known they had been there. Amazing! We are extremely happy with the exceptional service from start to finish. My suggestion to you is make sure you have any lighting or bathroom fixtures ahead of time (if purchasing yourself) like we did - these guys move quickly so you need to have everything ready to go.
