I was hesitant to start a major basement renovation as it's not something I had done solo before. However, I made the best decision choosing Finished Basement! The team was absolutely top notch. Each specialist asked for my vision, provided options, patiently answered questions and kept me informed every step of the way. I was put at ease from the beginning. Their showroom offers a wide variety and ranges of styles to choose from. From my first inquiry call with Vitaliy, to consults with our Contact/Estimator Andrew, to walk through with our Design Consultant Natalie, to Plumber Yuri, to Master Electrician Igor, to Taper Alex and the many tradespeople and technicians, my daughters and I were treated with the utmost respect, professionalism and care by all. Covid protocols were followed consistently, the process was never painful and always consultative.
The end result was beyond my expectations, done in 14 days with the absolute highest standards. The workmanship can be seen in the smallest details to the biggest. I couldn't ask for more and we are so very happy and excited to use our new space! I would wholeheartedly recommend Finished Basement. They truly made this renovation the easiest reno our family has ever done.
